Effective 9 September 2026. Short, because the product is simple: Wick is a research and simulation tool, and nothing here is financial advice.
1. What this covers
These terms apply to the website at candlelit.us and to the Wick application at app.candlelit.us, both operated by Candlelit Trading ("Candlelit", "we"). By using either, you accept them.
2. Nothing here is financial advice
Wick provides market data, quantitative analysis, model-generated research, and simulated trading. All of it is informational and educational. None of it is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or an offer of any financial service. Simulated results do not predict real results. Any decision you make with real money elsewhere is entirely your own.
3. Simulated trading only
Wick holds no exchange accounts and places no real orders. Accounts, balances, positions, and profits inside Wick are simulated. Candlelit is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, fund, or proprietary trading firm.
4. Access
Wick is private. Access is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. You agree not to share your password, probe or disrupt the service, or use it in a way that harms the data providers it relies on.
5. Data and third parties
Market data comes from public exchange endpoints and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Model-generated research may be inaccurate. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data or output.
6. No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candlelit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or the application, including any trading decision made with reference to it.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
